Student Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC)

The Students Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC) has been established at Government General Degree College, Nakashipara, Muragachha, in accordance with the UGC guidelines to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among students. Its objective is to maintain a conducive, fair, and harmonious educational atmosphere in the institution.

Purpose of SGRC

The SGRC ensures a fair, transparent, and efficient mechanism for addressing students’ grievances related to academic, administrative, or other matters. It strives to create a safe, secure, and supportive environment for students’ academic and personal growth.

Grievance Submission Process

• Online: Students may register their grievances on the college’s official website. Click here to register a grievance
• Offline: A Drop Box is available on the college premises for anonymous grievance submission. All submissions are treated with strict confidentiality.
