As a fully funded government institution, Government General Degree College, Nakashipara relies on a transparent and merit-based recruitment process for all teaching and non-teaching staff positions. The Public Service Commission of the Government of West Bengal conducts all recruitments, ensuring fairness and adherence to state regulations. Consequently, the college itself does not have the authority to select candidates for these positions.

To support our students in their academic and professional pursuits, the college regularly organizes seminars, workshops, mock tests, and training sessions focused on communication skills and personality development. These efforts are coordinated through our dedicated Career Counseling Cell.
