Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell)
The Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) at Government General Degree College, Nakashipara fosters an entrepreneurial mindset, empowering students to become innovative leaders. By bridging academia and industry, E-Cell enables the development of leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills through speaker sessions, competitions, and workshops. E-Cell promotes practical learning by connecting students with entrepreneurs, investors, and experts. Training programs offer valuable insights into marketing, operations, research, and social entrepreneurship, providing opportunities for budding entrepreneurs, startups, students, and alumni.

AI Tools and Research Writing Workshop (6–8 August 2025):
A three-day workshop focused on exploring AI tools and data analysis for meaningful research writing. Participants gained essential skills in framing research objectives and hypotheses for clear academic outcomes.
Outcome: Enhanced skills in using AI for research. Students learned to identify useful AI tools, critically evaluate AI-generated content, and improve research writing.

Mahindra Pride Classroom Workshop (12–18 August 2024):
In collaboration with Mahindra Pride, a seven-day workshop was organized to empower youth with practical skills for employment, bridging the gap between education and the job market.
Objective: Focused on life skills, soft skills, and employability training, especially for female students to boost job market confidence.
Outcome: Students acquired soft skills, life skills, communication, presentation, and interview skills. This training built competencies aligned with industry needs.
